Buy It Direct is expanding its after-sales warranty team and seeks confident individuals to speak with customers who already purchased from us, helping them understand laptop protection. No pre-existing sales experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

You’ll discuss service plans, build rapport, and tailor conversations to customers’ laptop usage. A friendly phone manner and drive to meet targets are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• No prior sales experience required; full training provided.
• Interest in laptops/tech and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Motivation to hit targets and earn commission.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to existing Buy It Direct customers — warm leads only, with no cold calling.
• Introduce and sell laptop service plans, explaining benefits clearly and accurately.
• Build rapport and ask questions to understand how customers use their laptops and what matters to them.
• Use interest in technology to make conversations relevant and easy to understand.
• Answer questions, handle objections confidently and help customers make informed decisions.
• Work towards sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and sales.
