Strongdor Limited in Morecambe is seeking a Customer Service After Sales Advisor to take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, delivering a first-class after-sales experience. You'll investigate warranty queries, technical product concerns and installation issues while collaborating with Sales, Production and Logistics to resolve cases.

The role offers an early finish on Fridays and benefits from a quarterly discretionary bonus, health plan and other staff perks as the company

Formación

• Experience in customer service, after-sales support, complaints handling or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations professionally.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction or building products.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications.
• Experience dealing with warranties or technical products.

Responsabilidades

• Managing customer complaints from first contact through to resolution
• Investigating warranty claims and technical queries
• Working closely with Sales, Production, Logistics and Quality teams
• Coordinating site visits and remedial works when required
• Explaining technical information clearly and confidently
• Handling challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Identifying root causes and helping prevent future issues
• Maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer communication throughout
• Supporting continuous improvement across products, processes and customer experience
