A supportive educational institution in Salford is seeking an enthusiastic teacher experienced in Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN) to join their inclusive team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working with SEN children, and will collaborate with specialized staff, including a Speech and Language Therapist. This role involves promoting core values within a small, nurturing environment. Opportunities for continuing professional development are provided.
St Philip’s Language Resource Provision is a 16 place provision for primary aged children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (primarily Developmental Language Disorder and Speech Sound Disorders). There are two classes within the LRP. The current vacancy is with the younger of these 2 classes. Enthusiastic and well organised teacher with SLCN experience and training, or willing to undertake further training
A minimum of 2 years experience of working with SEN children either in a mainstream or Special Needs school.
Visits to the school are encouraged and we welcome prospective applicants the week beginning the 12th of January on the 12th, 13th and 14th between 9.00am -4.00pm. Please contact the office if you wish to visit.
