Proactive Personnel are looking for Laboratory Technicians to be a part of a dynamic, high-performing service in Warrington.

Monday- Friday

(Training 4 weeks)

You’ll contribute to a culture of quality, efficiency, and teamwork — cross-training across multiple functions to support production needs while developing valuable technical and problem-solving skills. In return for your precision, dedication, and eye for detail, you’ll join a supportive environment where craftsmanship, collaboration, and purpose come together.

Experience & Skills:
  • Experience working with small components or within a design, manufacturing, or technical production environment (desired)
  • Keeps tools and workspace tidy and well-organised
  • Strong documentation habits and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Proactive in solving issues and improving processes
  • Active listener with a collaborative attitude
  • Strong customer focus and positive communication style
