A leading consulting group in the UK is seeking a LAB Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager to provide strategic direction and oversee operational delivery of employee wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Benefits & Wellbeing management, preferably within management consulting. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage complex initiatives. As the LAB Benefits & Wellbeing Senior Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of benefits and wellbeing initiatives for all employees and Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) across the LAB system (London, Amsterdam, Brussels).
You will oversee end-to-end benefits management, wellbeing programs, and benefit renewal cycles, ensuring BCG’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is embedded consistently across markets.
Reporting to the LAB HR Senior Director, you will directly manage two team members and co-manage four additional reports in partnership with their local manager. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the People Team, Finance, Procurement, Global Benefits, and the LAB Leadership Team.
