Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an Network Engineer for a 2-3 year multi-site program. The role involves heavy aircraft manufacturing operations, strict adherence to SLAs, and a 3 x 8-hour shift pattern at site with a flexible work-from-home shift.

Security clearance (SC) is required or pursued. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Cisco/Aruba/Arista/F5 and related networking protocols, plus familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in multi-site managed service network environment.
• Security clearance (SC) required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Rigorous on-boarding process with 3 months sign-off before independent work.
• Pro-active actions to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Regular updates in Service Now and Jira with clear status and actions.
• Handle incidents and changes to achieve quality closure.
• Prepare Changes with testing, communication and documentation for closure.
• Support on-site and cross-country activities; participate in customer meetings.
