OCC Group is seeking a skilled Network Engineer (L3) for a remote role with occasional travel to customer sites. You will act as a key escalation point for networking and security incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, monitor performance, and support upgrades and migrations across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• MSP background with networking and security experience.
• Strong firewall experience; FortiGate preferred but other brands considered.
• Remote role with occasional travel to customer sites.
• Willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.
• Experience with modern networking, cloud, and security environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for networking and security incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and monitor network performance.
• Support upgrades and migrations and contribute to implementation projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and security teams.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to customers across enterprise environments.
