New Era Technology is seeking a Network Engineer to join our multi-site managed services team in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for onboarding, ensuring SLAs, incident and change management in Service Now and Jira, and maintaining secure, high-availability networks across sites.

The role requires 2-3 years’ experience, an active UK driving license, and willingness to undergo security vetting (SC). A hybrid on-site/work-from-home pattern is available.

Formación

• 2–3 years’ experience in a multi-site managed service network environment.
• Full UK driving licence (clean preferred).
• Vetting will be a requirement and must be successful.

Responsabilidades

• Rigorous and quality-driven onboarding process with a 3-month ramp to independence.
• Pro-active actions to ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Handle incidents and changes within Service Now and Jira with accurate documentation.
