Job summary
New Era Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced network specialist to support multi-site managed services across the UK. You will work with Cisco, Aruba, Arista, and F5 technologies, handle incidents and changes, and coordinate with cross-country teams.
A 2-3 year track record in managed services, a full UK driving licence, and successful vetting are essential. The role includes on-call duties in a 3 x 8 shift pattern, remote collaboration with global colleagues, and documentation in
Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in multi-site managed service network environment.
- Full UK driving licence (clean is desired).
- Vetting will be a requirement and must be successful.
Responsibilities
- On- site/on-call duties in a 3 x 8 hour shift pattern.
- Accurate incident handling and change management.
- Documentation updates in ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Equipment installation, configuration, and de-commissioning.
- Network monitoring and proactive action to meet SLAs/KPIs.
- Cross-country collaboration and customer-facing meetings as required.
- Escalation and knowledge sharing with team members.
