New Era Technology is hiring a Network Engineer to join a multi-site managed service team. You will support Cisco/Aruba/Arista environments, ensure SLAs/KPIs are met, and contribute to project implementations across cross-country teams.

The role involves an on-site/shift pattern, 3×8-hour shifts, and a 1 in 3 weeks on-call rota. Applicants must be able to obtain SC vetting and live within UK. Work-from-home options are available in this role.

Competenze

• 2–3 years’ experience in multi-site managed service network environment.
• Experience in manufacturing environments advantageous.
• Vetting will be a requirement and must be successful.

Mansioni

• Rigorous on-boarding process over 3 months before sign-off.
• Maintain SLAs and KPIs with proactive actions.
• Documentation updates in Confluence, and use of Service Now and Jira.
• Handle incidents, changes, and on-call rotations.
• Assist with site installations, configurations, and de-commissioning.
