Job summary

Comms-care Group is seeking a Field Network Engineer to join our Technical Services team. The role combines field-based and remote support to resolve networking issues and return systems to service quickly, with training provided.

You will install and support routers, switches, PCs and servers, and participate in site surveys and project-based deployments. Candidates should have experience with Cisco, Aruba and HP switches, and be comfortable with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with networking devices and remote/on-site support.
• Ability to install and support routers/switches and related hardware.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Install and support network devices, PCs and servers.
• Perform pre-staging of routers/switches per documentation.
• Handle site surveys, implementations, and post-sales support.
• Occasional on-call duties as required.
