Looking for a KS1 teaching role that fits around your life, not the other way round? Supply teaching offers flexibility, variety and the chance to make a real difference in early learning.

We work with Primary Schools across Gateshead, providing short-term and day-to-day KS1 cover to support schools when they need it most.

The role will involve:
  • Teaching KS1 pupils in welcoming school settings
  • Supporting phonics, early maths and core routines
  • Creating a calm, positive classroom atmosphere
  • Helping children build confidence and independence
  • Adapting quickly to new classrooms
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has worked with children, in any setting
  • Brings a nurturing and structured approach
  • Holds UK QTS
  • Enjoys flexible teaching without long-term pressure
  • Can apply for an enhanced DBS
