• Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment desirable.
• A good knowledge of Pastry and ability to work on own initiative.

• Work under the direction of the Head of Pastry Production Chef.
• Support the Pastry team with production tasks, including chocolate cutting and packaging.
• Work well within the Pastry team and manage time effectively.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours:

• Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week
• 9am-7pm Shifts (5 days per week)

What you will do:

• Work under the direction of the Head of Pastry Production Chef, & all Pastry Sous Chefs.
• Support the Pastry team with production tasks, including chocolate cutting, packaging & pressing crackers
• Work well within the Pastry team and effectively manage time and tasks

What are we looking for?

• Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment desirable
• A good knowledge of Pastry, and ability to work on own initiative
