Job summary

Rexel UK is looking for an Internal Sales Person to manage an active portfolio of existing customers and prospect new business, delivering excellent service over the phone, in-branch, and via email. You’ll support the branch team and assist with picking/packing to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

The role emphasizes customer focus, collaboration, and accountability, with a flexible approach to work under pressure while growing the business through face-to-face and telephone interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to develop and grow a client portfolio through face-to-face and phone-based engagement.
• Self-starter with proactive approach to business development and opportunity spotting.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment supporting branch teams and handling multiple channels (phone, in-branch, email).

Responsibilities
