Job summary

Rexel seeks an Internal Sales Person to manage a live portfolio of existing customers and actively develop new accounts from the branch. You will deliver outstanding service by phone, face-to-face in branch, and via email to secure loyalty and growth.

You may also support the wider branch team at the Trade Counter and help pick/pack to ensure orders are completed on time, contributing to branch targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive customer-focused role with sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and grow a client portfolio.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a live portfolio of current customers and develop new accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email or in-branch.
• Support the branch team at the Trade Counter and assist picking/packing to fulfil orders.
