Job summary

Rexel UK is hiring an Internal Sales Person to act as the key link between customers and the branch, delivering excellent service over the phone, in person, or by email. You’ll manage an existing portfolio and actively develop new accounts to meet branch targets, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, in-branch, or email.
• Maintain a live portfolio and convert opportunities into profitable accounts.
• Understand client requirements, build rapport and expand the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including trade counter and warehouse activities.
