Rexel UK in London’s Canary Wharf branch is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets. You will service customers by phone, in branch, and by email to drive loyalty and profitability.

You will become the subject matter expert for your clients, build rapport, and grow the portfolio while supporting branch activities and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in a highly competitive customer focused role with ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Customer-centric and proactive, able to build relationships face-to-face, over the phone, or by email.
• Flexible, resilient, and capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service to key customers via phone, in-branch, or email to drive loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and understand client requirements to grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team including Trade Counter and warehouse tasks to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
