Job summary

Rexel UK in Bedford is seeking an Internal Sales Person to connect and service existing customer accounts while developing new business. You will manage enquiries by phone, in branch, or by email to drive loyalty and meet branch targets.

You will build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and expand the customer portfolio. You may support the wider branch team at the Trade Counter and in warehouse tasks to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Responsibilities

• Internal Sales role: manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets
• Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, in branch or by email to drive loyalty
• First point of contact for key accounts, understand client requirements and grow your portfolio
• Support wider branch team at Trade Counter and assist with picking/packing to ensure timely orders
