Job summary

Rexel UK is looking for an Internal Sales Person to manage a live portfolio of customers and proactively develop new business. You will deliver excellent service by phone, in-branch, and via email, building strong relationships with key accounts.

You may support the wider branch team on the Trade Counter and in picking/packing to ensure orders are completed on time, contributing to branch targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a highly competitive, customer-focused role with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and grow a client portfolio.
• Proactive and flexible, able to identify and act on business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a live portfolio of existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, in-branch or by email to strengthen loyalty.
• Support the branch team on the trade counter and in picking/packing to ensure timely order fulfilment.
