Key Account Manager Retail, NI and Ireland

Are you ready to take ownership of driving sales growth with some of the UK and Ireland s leading retail brands?

Would you like to join a trusted business with strong market presence and well-known paint brands?

Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial activities across the retail channel in Ireland, preparing and completing Business Plans with group customers
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and financial objectives while coordinating approved budgets (P&L, promotions)
  • Grow core brands in the retail market, leading product launches and promotional activity
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with accounts, supported by tight collaboration with the wider commercial and marketing teams
  • Influence market strategy with insights, forecasts, and account development plans that deliver long-term growth

Success will be measured by your ability to hit sales and profitability targets, strengthen partnerships with customers, and deliver on strategic growth plans.

What you need to bring
  • Experience in a Key Account Management position. Ideally within similar sectors.
  • Consistent record of delivering sales growth
  • Strong commercial competence with confidence handling budgets and profitability
  • CRM system proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel (including some overnight stays)
  • The ability to coach and mentor a sales team
