• Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship
• Maintain client satisfaction
• Maintain client retention
• Actively seek to increase the services offered and increase the income generated
• Develop processes that help to accurately forecast upcoming workloads

Requirements / Qualifications

• The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a Key Account Manager role within a fast paced high volume turnover sector
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret client briefs and coordinate with relevant areas of the business to meet client timelines
• Strong analytical mind with the capability to foresee problems early and implement suitable counter measures
• The candidate will already be an account manager or account director with a print management or print firm
• Open to candidates from Commercial Print, DM/TM, POS, Cross Media, Web or Gravure
