Our well-established manufacturing client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Key Account Coordinator you

will be responsible for supporting and growing customer relationships through proactive communication, coordination, and a consistent focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Develop a clear understanding of customer commercial and delivery expectations
  • Proactively manage customer communications, quotations, order status, and delivery updates
  • Identify account growth opportunities through product introductions, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare and manage quotations and proposals
  • Manage customer orders from quotation through to delivery and aftersales support
  • Support the resolution of customer queries and concerns in line with procedures, ensuring timely feedback and closure
  • Maintain accurate records and produce regular account performance, revenue, and service KPI reports

Hours : Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm

Salary

up to £30,000 depending on experience+ 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + free onsite parking
