Description:

The Key Account Business Development Manager at Dahua Technology UK Limited plays a pivotal role in engaging with integrators, end users, specifiers, and distribution partners to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Explore, identify, and develop significant project opportunities, managing the entire project process from prospecting to successful closure.
  2. Promote Dahua products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users in the UK and Ireland.
  3. Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential partners.
  4. Prepare and deliver presentations to partners and interested parties.
  5. Communicate product features, benefits, and developments effectively.
  6. Introduce and promote the Dahua Key Integrator Partnership Program to partners.
  7. Provide product and commercial training to partners.
  8. Encourage the specification of Dahua solutions in projects.
  9. Collaborate with distribution partners to meet business needs.
  10. Assist in developing market and vertical strategies for Dahua products.
  11. Support marketing events and attend industry exhibitions.
  12. Contribute to the growth of the Dahua brand in the UK and Ireland.
  13. Prepare and submit timely reports for management.
Additional Expectations:
  1. Maintain and update the CRM system diligently.
  2. Have sufficient experience in the CCTV industry.
  3. Respond promptly to sales inquiries.
  4. Develop existing and new customer relationships through planned support.
  5. Monitor activities and produce relevant management reports.

  7. Participate in meetings to support organizational development.
  8. Attend training to stay updated on market trends and products.
