Description: The Key Account Business Development Manager within Dahua Technology UK Limited plays a pivotal role in engaging with integrators, end users, specifiers, and distribution partners to improve business performance and ensure sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Explore, identify, and develop significant project opportunities, manage customer relationships, and lead project bidding processes.
  • Promote Dahua products and services to specifiers, integrators, installers, consultants, and end users in the UK and Ireland.
  • Follow up on new business opportunities and arrange meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to business partners and interested parties.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and developments.
  • Introduce and promote the Dahua Key Integrator Partnership Program.
  • Provide product and commercial training to partners.
  • Encourage the specification of Dahua solutions in projects.
  • Work with distribution partners to meet business needs.
  • Assist in developing market and vertical market strategies.
  • Support marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Dahua brand in the UK and Ireland.
  • Prepare reports to support management decisions.

The Business Development Manager is also expected to:

  • Maintain and update CRM data accurately.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and develop existing and new customer relationships.
  • Monitor activities and produce relevant reports.
  • Conduct market research and surveys.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market and product knowledge.
