Overview

Norfolk and Waveney Children & Young People's Health Services invites applications for Administrative Call Handlers to join our expanding Just One Number team based in Cringleford.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for children, young people and families, ensuring they reach the right person at the right time.
  • Signpost callers to partner agencies and direct them to the bespoke Just One Norfolk website.
  • Handle calls Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, maintaining a professional telephone manner and flexible approach.
