This office-based role involves supporting internal teams and building relationships with suppliers and customers, while handling Audit, Food Safety, Compliance, and HACCP documentation. Qualifications

• Exposure to Fresh Produce and an understanding of a packhouse/packing environment.
• A year in industry covering a Technical/Quality/QA role would be highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Report to and work alongside the Senior Technical Manager.
• Cover all elements within the technical department including Audit, Food Safety, Compliance and HACCP.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and customers.
