Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef role at a luxury country house hotel in the Wye Valley & Forest of Dean area. You will work under the Head Chef in a 2AA Rosette kitchen, preparing and plating for a fine dining restaurant and private functions using fresh, seasonal local ingredients.

Able to work unsupervised, you will develop junior team members and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in AA Rosette level kitchen or similar fine dining environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and support junior team members.
• Good attention to detail and steady career history.
