Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is assisting a Luxury Hotel near Woodstock, Oxfordshire, in recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the 2AA Rosette kitchen. You will help the Head Chef deliver high‑end dishes for fine dining and private functions in a modern, refurbished kitchen.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will work with a small team of junior chefs, maintain high standards of plating and ingredient quality, and have opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2AA rosette kitchen or hotel environment.
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
• Good attention to detail.
• Steady career history without long relief spells.

Our Client is recruitingh a Chef de Partie to work in their 2AA rosette level Hotel kitchen near Woodstock in Oxfordshire. As part of an ambitious kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of the highest standard for the fine dining restaurant and private functions.
