Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for a luxury country hotel and restaurant near Bristol. You will support the Head Chef, supervise junior staff, and work in a multi AA Rosette kitchen using fresh, local produce to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

In this role you will prepare meals for fine dining, all-day dining, afternoon teas and functions, with opportunities for career development. A live-in option is available to the successful applicant.

Qualifications

Must currently be a Chef de Partie.
Experience in AA rosette or higher kitchen.
Able to work unsupervised and mentor juniors.
Looking for a career move.

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Bristol for a Chef de Partie to work in their luxury Country Hotel & Restaurant. You will assist the head chef in serving fresh food to the highest standard as the client has a 2AA awarded restaurant.

The Role

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the multi AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredient
Preparing meals for both the fine dining restaurant, all day dining, afternoon teas and functions/banqueting
Strong Management skills
