Gateway Hospitality Recruitment in Hampshire is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a refurbished country inn serving modern British pub dishes, using fresh local produce. You will report to the Head Chef and work Wednesday to Sunday, with 3 nights off per week; own transport is required in this rural area near Winchester.

The ideal candidate is a Chef de Partie looking to move up, able to work unsupervised and passionate about a kitchen career, with experience in AA rosette standard kitchens.

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their refurbished country inn serving all fresh food based ina rural area of Hampshire .This is an opportunity for an ambitious chef to take the next step in their career and join a well run business. The kitchen uses locally sourced produce and serves modern British Menu. The role will be cooking high end pub/restaurant food and work Wednesday to Sunday with 3 nights offper week. Due to location you will need your own transport. The pub is a short drive from Winchester.
