Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef for a luxury 4* hotel in the Daventry area. You will work under a Head Chef in a busy kitchen and help run a brigade across restaurant, functions and banqueting.

Live-in accommodation is available. You will manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence and mentor junior chefs while preparing meals from fresh produce.

Qualifications

• You will already be an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
• Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard using fresh produce
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History

The hotel has a busy restaurant along with functions, bar and banqueting working under for a talented and experienced Head Chef and a settled kitchen brigade.
