Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a Daventry country dining pub & restaurant known for fresh British cooking and 2AA rosette style standards. The role deputises Head Chef in their absence and leads the brigade on busy shifts.

• Already working as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to good standard
• Calm Personality

Our client is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for their award winning Country Dining Pub & Restaurant serving all fresh food to customers in the Daventry & Banbury area. They are looking for a candidate who can produce high quality food for customers and deputise and lead the brigade in Head Chefs absence. The pub cooks to 2AA rosette level and is an excellent career opportunity working alongside a talented Head Chef
