Orleto Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help deliver great shifts, and ensure every dish leaves the pass to specification. Loungers offers up to £13.30/hr + tips, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

This role provides opportunities to grow into a senior kitchen position across England and Wales with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environments with fresh ingredients.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong kitchen skills and high hygiene standards.

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure prep is done.
