Loungers plc is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Albero Lounge, a local café bar. You will be part of a growing hospitality group with expansive career opportunities across England and Wales. The role supports the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure every dish leaves the pass to specification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fresh ingredients in a kitchen.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Interest in growing into a senior kitchen role with training.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver each shift to spec.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and uphold high standards.
• Own your section and uphold allergen, hygiene, and safety practices.
