Capo Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring every dish leaves the pass to spec and every shift runs smoothly.

The role suits an experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef ready to grow. We offer hourly pay up to £13.30 + tips, paid breaks, a free meal on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Qualificações

• Experience in real cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Strong kitchen skills including food prep (hot and cold), cleaning and knife handling.
• Good hygiene practices and food safety knowledge.
• Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work at pace.

Responsabilidades

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure prep is done for each day.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and maintain high food standards every shift.
• Take ownership of your section, manage prep, par and hygiene, and follow allergen processes.
