An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experiencedJuniorSous Chef to support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading our kitchen team at our brand-new restaurant. Training begins immediately at one of our existing Rockfish restaurants, so access to your own transport is essential.

Your Role as Junior Sous Chef

• Cook exceptional seafood dishes to Rockfish standards
• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Train and mentor junior chefs to become seafood experts
• Support the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
