Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Kitchen Team in providing an effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers.
  • Work to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction.
  • Supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced.
  • Cook food and prepare top‑quality menu items in a timely manner.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Support, train and develop junior chefs in the team.
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
Safety and Company Policies:
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
