We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a globally renowned Italian restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. This is a pivotal role within a large, established brigade, offering the chance to develop your leadership skills while mastering iconic, ingredient‑led Italian cuisine.

• Legendary, high‑volume fine dining restaurant
• Classic Italian cuisine with the finest imported produce
• Everything made in-house, including fresh pasta daily
• Structured 48‑hour week over 5 days (3 doubles, 2 singles)
