Software Engineer for Core Functionality

The Feature teams work within the Core system of Anaplan. The primary skillset we’re looking for is Java programming. This doesn't need to have been learnt in formal education, so long as you can demonstrate an ability to think through algorithms and design patterns, rather than configuration-based frameworks. The teams own projects of all sizes, and members are encouraged to be involved in the whole lifecycle of software delivery, from the design all the way through to the delivery of each feature. Mentoring will be provided, and we're looking for someone with a genuine interest and desire to learn and grow as a java developer. You will join a team of individuals who embrace and respect diverse perspectives, aren’t afraid to push boundaries and try new ideas, and who are passionate about helping our customers and each other succeed. You'll have a genuine passion for coding and building engineering ecosystems.

You’re pragmatic, agile, innovative, and have a respect for the development process and a firm desire get stuff done by keeping things simple. You thrive in an environment that deeply values collaboration, feedback, and learning.
