As a Service Engineer, you'll lead the charge in delivering high‑quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting technical issues to supporting our maintenance contract performance, you'll play a key role in ensuring our equipment and our customer relationships run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
  • Analyze technical issues and elevate when necessary using standard operating processes
  • Train customer operators (if required)
  • Support production plant efficiency
  • Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development and growth
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
  • Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
  • Write a site visit report on completion of the work
Qualifications
  • Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
  • Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical and/or automation knowledge
  • Ability to travel as required, including short notice travel
  • Strong level of English (written and verbal)
  • A proactive, customer‑first mindset
