Job summary

Flourish is seeking a motivated Trainee Account Executive to join a growing shipping and logistics business. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account development, including face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.

No prior sales or logistics experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided to help you build a rewarding career in sales. You’ll benefit from a lifetime commission on accounts you bring in, with clear progression

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
