Position: Junior Property Manager
Location: Hybrid/Swindon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900–1700
Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leasehold properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.

  • Assist in preparing service charge budgets and financial reports.
