Location: UK-wide including Rochester, Salford, Birmingham, London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, Liverpool, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent.

Start Date: 9th March 2026

Entry Requirements: Recent graduates or early‑career professionals

Salary once starting employment (post training): £25,500 + comprehensive benefits

You’ll gain hands‑on training, industry‑recognised certifications, and the opportunity to work with leading organisations across the UK—while being supported by experts every step of the way.

What You’ll Learn – 5‑Week Training Academy

Before joining a client, you’ll complete a practical, industry‑aligned training academy designed to build core project management capabilities. Your modules include:

  • Essential Skills
  • Introduction to Project Management
  • Introduction to CAPM
  • Leading Projects
  • Business Analysis Skills
  • Developing Project Schedules and Budgets
  • Communicating and Empowering Stakeholders
  • Managing Quality, Risks, Changes and Closure

Training is delivered through lectures, group work, self-study, and hands‑on projects—led by experienced instructors who understand what employers need.

What Happens After Training

Once you successfully complete the academy, you’ll join one of our clients on a two‑year fixed‑term assignment. Here’s what to expect:
