A leading project management consultancy is launching the Project Management Future Talent Programme aimed at recent graduates and early-career professionals. Candidates will receive training at key locations across the UK and gain practical skills in project management. A salary of £25,500 is offered alongside benefits such as a performance-based bonus and ongoing skills development. Location: UK-wide including Rochester, Salford, Birmingham, London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast, Liverpool, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent.

Our Project Management Future Talent Programme, built in collaboration between mthree and Peregrine, gives you the foundation you need to thrive in this fast‑growing field.
You’ll gain hands‑on training, industry‑recognised certifications, and the opportunity to work with leading organisations across the UK—while being supported by experts every step of the way.
Before joining a client, you’ll complete a practical, industry‑aligned training academy designed to build core project management capabilities. Your modules include:
Training is delivered through lectures, group work, self-study, and hands‑on projects—led by experienced instructors who understand what employers need.
Once you successfully complete the academy, you’ll join one of our clients on a two‑year fixed‑term assignment. Here’s what to expect:
You’ll also continue to develop your consulting skill set through the Peregrine Core Competencies: communication, stakeholder management, ownership, action orientation, adaptability, continuous learning, strategic thinking, and diversity & inclusion.
You don’t need prior experience in project management—just curiosity, determination, and the desire to build a meaningful career.
