• Solid IT infrastructure knowledge with eagerness to move into projects.
• Experience as a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Produce accurate technical and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with technical teams.
