Qualifications

• Must have experience in a relevant working environment like retail, restaurant, or warehouse.
• Familiarity with basic web-based software applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.
• The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and manage staff on shift.
• Accurately pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
• Support the management of Delivery Partners for effective service.
• Handle customer issues regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Ensure physical counts of goods from vendors match purchase orders.
• Conduct stock management and minimize out-of-stock products.
• Keep the warehouse compliant, clean, and organized.
• Support onsite Health and Safety compliance.
