We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Field Engineer to join our IT team at Moore Kingston Smith. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is ready to build their skills in a dynamic professional services environment.

You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a car to apply for this position.

📍 Romford (base) with travel to Redhill, St Albans, West End, Heathrow and Godalming offices.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
  • Supporting office tech including workstations and meeting room equipment
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Travelling between offices to deliver field support and ensure smooth operations
  • Helping colleagues with IT projects and wider team initiatives
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 years’ experience in IT support or service desk
  • Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and desktop / laptop setup
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
  • Good communicator, confident working with different teams
  • Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
  • Experience in professional services (finance, legal, consulting) is a plus
