JUNIOR INSIGHT ANALYST

Oxford / Hybrid - Customer Success Team

ABOUT THIS JOB

Our Analysts are vital to NielsenIQ’s success. They work daily with a major brand and retailer client base, providing insights that help drive new product development, price strategy and other business decisions. They create and present analyses using the world’s best datasets, supporting clients across Health & Beauty, Beers, Wine & Spirits, and Grocery. A successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, understand client needs, and deliver data‑driven solutions that achieve strategic and tactical goals. Our training program ensures you master our products and analysis methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Have a strong working knowledge of client business priorities and how we can support these goals (e.g., brand planning & range reviews).
  • Understand the impact of our work on individual client objectives.
  • Set up client onboarding for analytics & insights services and conduct tactical client training for Guided Analytics & NielsenIQ tools such as Connect Express and Discover.
  • Identify opportunities through day‑to‑day engagements and hand off opportunities to Account Development.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
  • Strong problem‑solving and solution orientation.
  • Accurate and detail‑focused work.
  • Engaging presenter.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in an analytical environment.
  • Understanding of the FMCG industry and trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good at building relationships internally and with clients.
