Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in L1 / L2 IT support roles.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent English speaker (native or equivalent).
• Comfortable working in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and networking.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ticketing platforms.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows devices.
• Provide excellent in-person and remote user support.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality service.
• Travel occasionally to other sites for support.
