We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide.

Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry‑leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways

Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with a Junior Creative.

About You
  • You are a social media native with a fundamental understanding of platforms, techniques, and trends looking for a launchpad for your career in Sports and Entertainment.
  • You have a genuine passion for both social media and sport, and ideally, you have some prior experience working in a sports or social media agency.
  • As a proactive and independent self‑starter, you thrive in a fast‑paced, creative agency environment and are eager to get stuck in to get the job done.
  • You’re a natural team player, driven by a desire to deliver effective creative solutions, regardless of the channel.
  • You have a positive, can‑do attitude and are skilled at communicating transparently and professionally with clients and team members.
  • Beyond your creative skills, you are deeply passionate about the potential of women's sport and committed to using the industry to positively affect change in areas like sustainability and DE&I.
Job Responsibilities
  • Strong ideation skills across multiple formats. With the ability to create authentic work which resonates with the audience and stays true to the brand or sport.
  • Help maintain high creative standards while working within the fast‑moving world of sports and social platforms.
  • Stay up to date with sports culture and social trends.
  • Always bringing a positive, can‑do attitude to every brief, challenge, and deadline.
  • Show curiosity and a willingness to learn, improve, and develop creative skills.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, editors, strategists, and producers to build strong creative work
  • Being able to present, explain and articulate ideas.
  • Approach every project with professionalism, enthusiasm, and respect for teammates.
