Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Buying team.
  • Assist in raising and processing purchase orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers to track order progress.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
  • Assist in compiling and analysing data related to purchasing.
  • Manage the receipt and organisation of product samples.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation.
  • Schedule and organise meetings with suppliers.
  • Assist in coordinating with suppliers for new product development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
